esprecruitment Goes Global...
Due to our rapidly growing international client base, esprecruitment is expanding and in the summer we will be opening an office in Dubai, where the events industry is currently booming. This will lead to some exciting opportunities not only in the UAE, but all over the world!
Dubai boasts the title of one of the world's fastest developing cities for hospitality and with this comes the excitement of a rapidly expanding events industry, and therefore a major recruitment drive.

Event360 @ Palme
Due to our success at GIBTM in Abu Dhabi this year, we will also be exhibiting at Event360, which will be held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre from 27-29 April 2008.

esprecruitment is looking for a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual to join our close-knit team of event professionals. You must have experience in a business-to-business, events or sales role and will be currently working within the exhibition organiser or services sector. The role involves account managing an extremely buoyant sector and would make full use of your first hand knowledge of the industry and your contacts, without running events!
With strong client liaison skills and a naturally proactive approach, you will interview and advise candidates and assess their skills against your client’s requirements. You will be a strong communicator who is able to prioritise a busy workload and have excellent time management skills. The role is office based with regular attendance at industry events and exhibitions and client visits.
This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role, and although target oriented, this is not a sales role and is perhaps not what you might expect from recruitment! The successful applicant will continue to be an essential part of the events/exhibition industry whilst experiencing it from a new and exciting angle.
