A high-profile charitable organisation that run a large portfolio of events seeks an exceptional freelance Creative Producer/Production Manager with an established track record of success in delivering complex, large-scale creative events to work on a Indoor festival in February.

The successful candidate will produce all elements of the annual festival -a one-day event with 5 stages, and curated exhibitions/installations programmed in further 5-10 rooms/spaces at unique London venue. The role will also involve an additional series of evening events and immersive dinner events throughout the year.

This role will be part-time from mid-August to September, full-time from September to March and part-time from March to April.

The Role
Lead on the planning and delivery of end to end production of the Festival including producing interactive installations and immersive experiences, working in close collaboration with the programming team and the Programme Manager:. You will lead on and deliver the creative production process including designing stage settings, AV sets and various spaces for a multi-faceted programme with different formats. You will lead on producing and installing a wide range of artworks, installations, experiences and performances by successfully integrating different viewpoints of contributors while advising on feasibility. The role will involve acting as the main point of contact with all suppliers including: the venue, designers, AV production companies etc.

* Lead on and deliver the creative production process including designing stage settings, AV sets and various spaces for a multi-faceted programme with different formats
* Create, negotiate and manage budgets, schedules, timelines, (e.g. for loading, rig, de-rig, etc.), contracts, tech requirements, risk assessments and other documents as required to ensure the professional and timely delivery of event(s)
* Brief and coordinate an experienced delivery team and a team of volunteers pre-event and on the day

Support the reconciliation of the budget by processing invoices and closing down accounts after the event(s)

This is a creative role but will need someone who understands Production as well.
