A high profile association is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to manage the marketing and sales activity for the industry's flagship exhibition. You will compile and implement a marketing and PR strategy in conjunction with the show director and outside agencies to deliver the sales and marketing targets. Account manage existing key exhibitors and some stand space sales will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* To plan, develop and deliver the agreed strategy for effective marketing and PR online and offline campaigns to maintain the Show profile and deliver the exhibitor and visitor targets.
* Compile and implement a Marketing and PR strategy in conjunction with the Show Director and outside agencies to deliver the sales and marketing targets.
* Manage the creative and production of all sales brochure materials, website copy and all online and offline promotional material including press releases direct mail, e-mail promotions
* To plan and implement Social Media promotions and engagement.
* To deliver the exhibitor space sales target.
* To develop relationships at all levels for the account management of key exhibitors and potential new exhibitors.
* To implement an efficient visitor registration process to deliver the registration and visitor attendance targets.
* To manage the agreed Marketing budget.
* Manage the floor plan process including developing the show layout and stand space allocation to maximise space utilisation, meet exhibitor requirements and create an efficient visitor flow.

* Manage the post show exhibitor and visitor research.
* Produce on-going reports against the agreed strategy and budgets together with a post show analysis of all marketing, PR, Social Media and web activity.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of marketing within a highly commercial B2B industry and supply chain. Exhibition sales and account management of companies together with an outstanding aptitude for excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. You will be professional with a credible and engaging manner.
