An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Operations Executive within an international exhibition company. You will be working in a small team based in Surrey but part of a strong brand and global business.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this office-based role includes varied day-to-day tasks relating to both sales and marketing departments; central to this is ownership of the sales plan, delivery of specific projects and operational delivery of the event itself.

Essential skills and competences

* Owner of show floorplan and processing booked exhibitors into the master database, also conducting weekly reconciliations to ensure all data is correct.
* Working alongside the operations manager to co-ordinate onsite requirements and ensure the event runs smoothly.
* Provide pro-active customer service including trouble shooting and resolving exhibitor queries

* Team player
* Project management
* Produce and maintain online show manual

* Excellent telephone manners
* Excellent time management, organisation and prioritising skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Well organised and a strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of relationship management
* Experience of event organisation with the exhibition industry, ideally B2B Confident in using all Microsoft software including excel.
