A high-profile international B2B exhibition company seeks an experienced Account Manager to work across one of their flagship, creative lifestyle, B2B events. You will develop their business by identifying new commercial opportunities and drive growth across the entire portfolio. Language skills would be advantageous - ideally French or German.

Main duties include:

* Raise brand profile in the market
* Deliver/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual target revenues
* Identify new revenue streams from existing customers and generate sustainable growth, year on year for key accounts

Key responsibilities:

* Successfully achieve and/or exceed specified individual and event targets and performance objectives (KPIs)
* Sell a range of solutions to existing clients to maintain and grow the relationship
* Arrange and attend sales meetings with clients to fully understand their needs and ensure you can offer them the best solution for their needs
* Be able to demonstrate value to the clients of solutions and track how they perceive that value through the show/eventcycle
* Write proposals to a high standard that sell the value of the solution
* Build account plans for all key/growth accounts that identifies the opportunities and maps out the action plan in each case to show how you will achieve the full revenue potential
* Build new business plans to target regions and sectors as relevant to portfolio sales targets
* Manage existing customer relationships throughout the show cycle to build trust and rapport to ensure that they take full use of all our services so they achieve the best outcome for their investment
* Respond to customer requests and ensure clients receive a timely response
