A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Business Executive to join an international B2B exhibition company.

Main duties:
Generate new business contacts and revenue from new and lapsed clients
Reach and exceed sales and revenue targets and performance objectives
Effectively manage and grow new customer relationships
Ensure the customer experience is positive to ensure long term customer retention and rebuild relations with lapsed customers
Research the market, analyse trends and use that information to engage with new customers and qualify effectively
Make recommendations regarding Sales Plans and future new business sales strategy
Be a market expert and market shaper

Experience & Skills required:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Spoken and written fluency in English is a must and any other language is an advantage
Strategic and target driven business development experience essential
Experience of international new business generation
Digital and Sponsorship sales experience an advantage
Proven track record of problem solving and constructive solution selling
Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level
Must be able to work late shifts to cover the US, Canada and South American markets
