A global Event Management Agency seeks a dynamic Incentive Travel Manager to join the team. You will be looking for a challenge, be very hands on, taking responsibility for the full experience management life cycle from concept pitches through to execution for the corporate package incentives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, luxury product knowledge, a flair for creativity, detailed logistical mindset and provide fantastic service to clients. Experience working with corporate groups and events within the travel industry, plus leisure, adventure and incentive travel is required. You will need to be flexible to business needs, including attending supplier and consumer facing events, as well as travelling on client incentive trips as required.

KEY TASKS

* Manage luxury corporate incentive and group travel. You'll be creative and from the travel industry
* Be an effective champion of driving the specialist Corporate Event & Incentive arm, maximising margins with every sale
* Take responsibility for client contact from proposal through the booking process
* New business drives and lead generation
* Have a real flare for creating new and interesting ideas to promote to existing clients as well as new pitches
* Be able to work closely with Business Development Manager to put together incentive packages for potential individual and group travellers/ corporate groups
* Take responsibility for client contact on a booking from start to finish, maintaining regular contact with client throughout duration of trip to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business
* Resolve any client complaints quickly and efficiently
* Use of effective sales/questioning techniques to close the sale, reaching and exceeding sales targets
* Budget management
* Study and keep up to date with new product within the luxury event and travel market
* Contract creation
* Pursue all quotes/enquiries to ensure maximum conversions to sales
* Awareness of individual and team targets and work towards these at all times
* Awareness of competitors and liaise with manager/product manager to ensure we are offering competitive pricing at all times
* Take responsibility for problem solving to maintain client service levels
* Represent the company at client events and trade exhibitions in a professional fashion

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

* Knowledge of working on both client and staff incentives; including prize reward and voucher activation
* Strong project management and operational logistic skills
* Creative flair for designing above and beyond luxury experiences and incentives with the ability to execute concepts through to completion
* Well-travelled; excellent international destination and hotel knowledge in the luxury sector. Knowledge and travel exposure in at least three of the following regions; Europe And Scandinavia/ Australasia/ Americas/ Middle East/ India And Indian Ocean/ Far East
* Capable of driving new business and sales
* Well-earned and proven reputation for genuinely outstanding excellent customer service
* Knowledge of dealing with VIP/high net worth individuals and corporates and their demands
