A leading live event production agency is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead a team of Project Managers and Project Co-ordinators on specific large-scale events. You will be responsible for all aspects of communication, scheduling and budgeting, whilst demonstrating a full understanding of the project lifecycle from essential scheduling tasks to client liaison, and physical delivery through to project reconciliation.

The ideal candidate for this role must have extensive experience as an Executive Producer within a similar strategy marketing organisation, production company or live events agency. You will be familiar with the conference and events industry with expert knowledge and proven experience in large-scale events.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Managing pitches including directing the pitch team, writing proposals, and ensuring all responses meet the client briefs
* Acting as the main production contact with the client on designated projects, attending and leading client meetings as needed
* Producing detailed proposals for events including direct oversight of timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets
* Working alongside the Account Director and Head of Events to set the strategic direction of the project or event programme
* Working with the Creative Director and/or Head of Studio to ensure adequate and appropriate creative resources are scheduled and available
* Leading the production team on site, ensuring everything is running smoothly
* Building and maintaining new and exciting client/supplier relationships
* Preparing internal and client debrief reports
* Planning and co-ordinating room layouts and the event programme, scheduling workshops and seminars
* Identifying and securing talent, speakers or special guests
* Co-ordinating all staffing requirements and managing staff briefings

The Executive Producer must be enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to work long hours and some weekends as necessary. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player and an all round great team leader with good business sense and excellent problem-solving skills.
