A leading global exhibition organiser seeks a Support Manager for the launch and implementation of their new client-focused division. You will have strong project management skills and a positive attitude - a customer-focused problem solver who demonstrates strong attention to detail and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be experienced in the exhibition industry, with proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, have a track record of over-achieving quota and be able to travel.

Responsibilities include:

* Resolving customer questions via phone, email, mail, or social media
* Working closely with operations, marketing and sales teams
* Identifying and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with exhibitor and visitor accounts through open and interactive communication
* Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
* Assisting in launching and maintaining web sites across portfolio
* Informing customers of deals and promotions
* Going the extra mile to engage exhibitors and visitors
* Promoting services to database through emails and onsite activities
