A high profile outdoor event organiser is looking for a Senior Ticketing Executive to join them on a contract for 9 months.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the events team following a successful event held in 2021 and ahead of some exciting launch events across their portfolio in 2022.

The role

* Account management of all ticketing and accreditation partners, this includes overseeing the requirement for both customer support and service.
* Support the Marcomms Team with the design and development of promotional marketing copy specifically for ticketing and accreditation prospect, booker and attendee emails.
* Monitor, report, analyse and communicate ticket/registration performance and make recommendations.
* Monitor ticket allocations and manage resource implications.
* Obtain data analytics to provide reports to the Head of Events and Marcomms summarising the impact of promotional campaigns.
* Together with the Head of Events, and based upon research undertaken, develop ticket pricing strategies, for all events.
* Together with the Head of Events and Legal team, manage the ticket production including terms and conditions and branding.
* Attend and engage in internal and external events and marketing meetings and share ideas at brainstorming sessions - i.e., show attractions, added value ticket types.

Experience

* Proven work experience in developing and delivering ticketing and accreditation campaigns for major events.
* Proven work experience with integrating ticketing and accreditation requirements into the event and marketing campaigns.
* Proven work experience using a range of web technologies (e.g., ticket platforms, online tools and social media).
* Ticketsellers experience desirable.
* Proven work experience in detailed ticketing and accreditation reporting.
* Good understanding of segmenting data and the effective tailoring of communications.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to deliver third party commercial partnerships.
* Target and KPI driven.
* Interpersonal and communication skills.
* Creativity and the ability to think "outside the box".
* Organisational skills: the ability to prioritise your workload and to work to strict deadlines.
* Excellent knowledge of GDPR requirements.
