A fast-growth publishing and events business specialising in providing information, thought leadership, independent content and high-profile events to the Manufacturing industry are now looking for a Senior Exhibition Sales Exec to join them on a permanent basis.

As Senior Exhibition Sales Executive, you will be required to work directly with the Sales Manager to grow revenues from existing SME customers. You'll be an expert relationship builder, someone with high energy, who is goal and delivery-focused and who enjoys working at pace. You'll have the self-motivation to exceed your annual revenue target to ensure you earn the OTE you deserve.

* New business development; finding and securing new clients to ensure both client and revenue growth
* Generating increased revenue from smaller revenue-generating clients involved with DMW/SFE, as targeted
* Achieving annual revenue targets across DMW, SFE and other TM products as well as achievement of KPIs and other business goals
* Ensuring delivery for clients on site at events
* Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and the wider show team
* Building & developing relationships with current customers and with particular focus on building new relationships to expand our customer base
* Writing and sending effective sales proposals
* Regular contact with all prospective, previous and existing customers via outbound calls
* Reporting accurate commercial forecasts to the Sales Manager/Commercial Sales Director as well as accurate reporting at the weekly Sales meeting
* Accurately recording sales and pipeline on Hubspot

Experience Required:

* Effective sales techniques and skills demonstrated by a successful track record of developing new business, exceeding targets and goals in successful B2B sales.
* Strong organisational skills to track customer opportunity, relationship management and sales pipeline management.
* Effective communication with ability to converse with a variety of people at varying levels of seniority.
* A positive, can-do attitude with willingness and ability to deliver both personal and team goals.
* Comfortable out of your comfort zone; resilient, ambitious, hard-working, driven to succeed, with goal orientated mindset
* Commercially astute, interested in manufacturing sector,
* A proficient user of Microsoft Office applications & sales systems (salesforce, Hubspot etc)
* Highly organised, can work under pressure with a high workload
* Positivity and enthusiasm
